Refurbishment of a small bungalow
On 16th March 2016, we were approached by a client to make a detailed assessment of the scope of work required to rehabilitate a small bungalow with a floor area of approximately 64 square meters.
Progress so far
After a visit to the site, we provided our client with a report which detailed the scope of rehabilitation works required, our suggestions to improve the aesthetics of the bungalow and the potential cost implications.
We also provided our client with a simple excel sheet to assist them in the computation of the financial requirements associated with the scope of work.
The client has since requested for time to arrange the necessary financing in order for us to embark on the rehabilitation works.
