Cyrus Titus Aomu

Cyrus Titus Aomu is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in supervising building construction works, operating and maintaining water treatment and water supply systems, utility operations, and managing large water supply and sewerage infrastructure projects. Cyrus has successfully delivered numerous high-profile public and private sector projects.

Cyrus holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom, a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda. He is a FIDIC-Certified Adjudicator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Licensed Professional & Dispute Board Practitioner with the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), a corporate member with the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE), and a registered Engineer with the Uganda Engineers Registration Board (ERB).

Cyrus has demonstrated a commitment to excellence throughout his career. He is an effective communicator and team leader with experience managing cross-functional, multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams. He is currently the Chief Executive at CAT & ASHE Limited. He offers specialist services in construction claims, dispute resolution, tender, contract, and execution support for the infrastructure sector locally and abroad.
