Sean Bradley

Sean Bradley is a Chartered Civil Engineer with ICE and Engineers Ireland, and a Fellow of both Institutions. Having spent 30 years working in the construction sector for a Contractor, and ultimately as a Commercial Director overseeing £275m of civil & building projects per year, Sean decided to start a career in ADR, as it was a large part of his day-to-day activities. Sean is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (FCInstCES) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).

Sean is a Construction Law graduate from the Robert Gordon University, a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers’ (ICE) Adjudicator’s Panel. Sean is also on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, EI, CIC, CIF and UK Adjudicator’s Panels. Sean passed the RICS Expert Witness exams and has produced several Expert Reports for Parties in mediation and litigation.

Sean is a registered Mediator with CEDR, RICS, ICE and Engineers Ireland and has received several appointments. The vast majority of Sean’s work involves Party Rep’ roles from negotiations through to adjudication and delivering training to clients on contracts. Sean also advises on commercial management processes and procedures and is a registered mentor with ICE and RICS for chartership candidates. Sean also carries out chartered interviews for both institutions.
