About the Programme
This annual programme is a core part of our corporate social responsibility, designed to build vital awareness and expertise in construction law.
During this intensive programme, selected students are exposed to the critical legal frameworks governing construction operations. Participants learn to appreciate how disputes crystallize and how they are resolved outside the formal court system. The curriculum covers the essential building blocks of a construction contract, how construction claims originate, and how to practically manage them during contract implementation. Finally, students tie this theoretical knowledge to real-life construction cases.
Note: Most of the learning is deeply immersive and document-driven; however, students will also spend targeted, limited time on assigned construction sites.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)
This opportunity is open exclusively to third-year Civil Engineering students with a demonstrated interest in construction law, contracts, and dispute resolution within the built environment.
