Svetlana Borisova LLM, Dip.Arb, FCIArb, MACostE, is an international arbitrator and construction disputes resolver, a member of the FIDIC President’s List of Adjudicators, and a RICS Adjudicator with more than 25 years of experience across major infrastructure, energy, and EPC projects in Europe, the GCC, Africa, and Asia. Appointed as the DRBF Director for Europe, she acts in adjudication, dispute board and arbitration matters, with particular expertise in FIDIC contracts, quantum, claims, and dispute avoidance.
